Fabrice G. Holzer, Founder & CEO at SemanTech LtdGraduated from University of Lausanne (Switzerland) and undergraduated from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, {tag Fabrice G. Holzer} obtained a MA degree in Social and Communication sciences. His research interests include computer modelling of learning and cognition strategies. Enrolled in the “Virtual Campus Team” at I.M.D. International for setting up the corporate portal and the early stage virtual campus of the Business School, in 1999 he joins the new born CENTEF as projector at University of Lausanne. He participates in the drafting of more than 15 federal projects in fields as various as medicine, social science, linguistics etc. As IT manager, coordinator and associate of eBioMED.ch1 Swiss Virtual Campus Project located at Department of Neuroscience - UNIL (Leading house with Prof. Pierre J. Magistretti) and a 11-partner network of Swiss, European and North American leading academic institutions he led the project to top 5 among 58 national projects after both industrial and academic international evaluation. More over he is the conceptor of LENA Learning Navigator. Recently he joined University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES-SO | Business School | Entrepreneurial Development Unit) as Senior Researcher.

He is the author of several reference articles, conferences and book chapters in the field of e-Learning, Knowledge Management and IT Governance. He is a member of the Committee Program and serves as expert reviewer for {tag semantic web} and {tag knowledge management} areas at IRMA International Conference 20062 held in Washington DC (10’000 attendees). Fabrice is a former member of O.K.I. at MIT3. He is also member, author and contributor of the MERLOT4 information technology Community. He is a Session Chairman at ICE'2008 held in Lisbon, Portugal5
