IDIAP, IdeArk's core institute, employs dozens of researchers from around the world. Apart from its fundamental research programs with significant international potential, the Institute focuses on technology transfer mainly through application agreements concluded with commercial or academic partners. In an environment designed to nurture innovation, IDIAP offers industrial sponsoring and licensing programs to member companies with opportunities for growth and unlimited access to the Institute's research. Researchers, R&D department heads or startup managers may be hosted at IdeArk for a given time period. They will find the expertise and the technological tools they need to complete their training or to evaluate the feasibility of their ideas. Validated at IDIAP, your proposed project becomes a preindustrial prototype thanks to the support from the nearby Haute Ecole Valaisanne (HEVs) and others. In addition, IdeArk proposes to support your project in conjunction with other partners active in different areas that are indispensable to its development: process optimization, coaching, market evaluation, funding, marketing and communication.
